PODOFLEX GEL UV/LED 

Acid free reconstruction gel created for efficient, short term reconstruction and strengthening of mechanically damaged finger nails and toenails. Thanks to its advanced formula and very thick consistency, the product allows for the professional and effective restoration of damaged nail plates and up to 2 mm extensions of the plate. Simultaneously, it creates a durable, protective layer that gives nails their natural and healthy look back. 

The formula is based on an irritant-free composition, developed with thought and care for people with sensitive, thin, and weakened nail plates. 

It is the ideal solution for specialists seeking a fast, safe, and effective method for nail plate reconstruction. 

Formula and Action: 

Acid free reconstruction gel (UV/LED). 

Designed for the reconstruction and extension of the nail plate (up to 2 mm). 

Very thick consistency - ensures precise application and full control over the product. 

Control Curing Mechanism: Prevents heat spikes during curing, maintaining an optimal temperature (approx. 20-25°C). Creates a durable layer that protects the nail from external factors. 

Recommended for fixing orthonyxia braces. 

Composition and Safety of the Product: 

Contains a complex of 3 active substances that support nail plate condition and provide antifungal protection. The gel base does not contain components commonly used as irritants. 

UV-LED Lamp Requirements 

Before use, check if your lamp is compatible with the gel. We recommend 

lamps with a wavelength range of 385–395 nm. 

Due to changes in photoinitiators (resulting from EU legal regulations), not 

all gels cure correctly in 365–405 nm LED/UV lamps. In some cases, simply 

extending the curing time is sufficient. 

Directions for Use 

1. Plate Preparation 

Using appropriate burs/drill bits, gently remove damaged or detached fragments 

of the nail plate. Clean the surface and shape it evenly. 

2. Degreasing 

Thoroughly wash the entire nail surface with a degreasing liquid (we recommend IZOTON®) to dehydrate the plate and remove dust, impurities, and natural oils. 

3. Gel Application 

Apply a small amount of reconstruction gel to the area of the defect, spreading it evenly with a brush. Cure in an LED/UV lamp for 90–120 seconds (depending on the lamp; 90s for 385–395 nm). 

VOLUME 15 ml PP 42 

If a second building layer is required, apply another thin layer to level and strengthen the structure. Cure for 90–120 seconds. Wipe the dispersion layer with IZOTON® or a cleaner, then refine the surface with a file or buffer to achieve the desired shape and shine.
