Problems with wound healing and impaired sensation are common in patients with diabetes. Having such patients in mind, a specialized and safe set of drill bits was created in cooperation with an expert in the field of podology – Milena Skalska

The set includes 6 diamond drill bits and a stand.

All drill bits were covered with a special golden ZRN coating.

ZRN coating –

• special golden coating to reduce the effect of overheating during operation,
• better biocompatibility, ideal for skin and nail preparation,
• very good visual and aesthetic effect thanks to the golden coating,
• greater smoothness of the processed surface,
• longer drill bit life, more economical work,
• greater resistance to disinfectants during sterilization.

The set includes diamond cutters for the safe preparation and shortening of nail plates, removal of cuticles, corns and calluses:

• Large round ends cylinder – diamond drill bit with a working top part 157TR.514.050 – for shortening nails.
• Large round ends cylinder – diamond drill bit with a working side part 157SR.514.050 – for smoothing nails.

• Round end cylinder –diamond drill bit 140.514.023 – for cleaning periungual shafts.

• Ball – diamond ball drill bit 001.514.021 – for removing periungual cuticles and removing corns.

• Ball – diamond ball drill bit 001.514.031 – for removing prints.

• Large ball diamond drill bit 001.514.060 – for removing calluses.

• The handy stand is autoclavable and facilitates the organization of work.

All drill bits in the set have been selected to eliminate the risk of injury.
